Happy Family after CoachingWhat is a Family Coach?

An MBF Family Coach is an advisor, educated and trained in child development and family relations, dedicated to empowering your family to reach its fullest potential. Our parent training experts bring a different perspective and proven solutions for common issues. The program is affordable, effective and confidential.

Why should I get a Family Coach?

You should retain an MBF Family Coach if you want to:

  • Improve communication skills
  • Stop children from “talking back”
  • Improve attitudes and stop manipulation
  • Establish clear boundaries, goals and expectations
  • Help instill the values you want to see in your children
  • Help your children deal with anger
  • Build self-confidence in your children
  • Teach baby sign language
  • Stop excessive crying and tantrums
  • Teach age appropriate behavior
  • Provide planning, developmental activities and scheduling for newborns

How does the process work?

An MBF Family Coach will do an individualized family assessment in the privacy of your home. Observing and obtaining each family members’ desires, goals, ideas, and needs will allow the Coach to create a set of integrated MBF Family BlueprintsTM. The blueprints will provide an action plan for the family and document your Coach’s recommended solutions for existing needs. The Coach will then work with your family to implement the blueprint’s fundamentals. Following implementation, your MBF Family Coach will provide support by phone and email for the remainder of the placement period. The MBF BlueprintsTM process follows a simple and elegant outline. The key of course is having an educated Coach to walk you through these steps:

  • Introduction
  • Assessment
  • Observation
  • Planning
  • Implementation
  • Transition
  • Support
