Babysitter Process
(How can I start getting sitter assignments?)
We would love for you to become a part of our team and show off your fun, caring and creative side as a Mom's Best Friend caregiver. We realize that it is more lengthy than a typical sitter job, but we have SO many fantastic families and our system allows you to work where you want, when you want!
Please note that our process is very technology driven. We have an online application, our sitter jobs are housed online, and all information about each job is sent via email. All sitters with Mom's Best Friend must have an email address and regular access to the internet.
- Complete an on-line application
- Interview with a friendly, helpful Staffing Specialist
- We will complete a post-interview screening including a reference check, criminal background check, CPR/First Aid training, and we will collect various paperwork.
- Once the screening process is completed, you will complete a Babysitter Orientation, and will immediately be able to start sitter assignments.
