All placement fees are non-refundable and are due prior to the candidate’s start date. All fees are payable by ACH, check or major credit card. Credit card fees over $1,000 will be subject to a 3% third-party payment processing fee.
All placements include:
- A confidential consultation: understand your family’s needs and answer any questions about the process
- Screening and matching: candidate recruiting, interviewing, background checks, reference checks, and matching ages, location, schedule, pay, etc.
- Family interview process: phone or video, in-person, and trial time
- Hiring handbook: including interview questions and hiring tips
- Free tax consultation and waived set-up fees: Provided by our partners GTM Payroll Services
- Weekly themed curriculum: sent directly to your nanny
- Nanny training: initial professional development materials and annual National Nanny Training Day offerings
- Unlimited support for the life of the placement: advice, industry standards, employment questions, and complimentary 1-hr consultation with national nanny coaching and mediation expert Lindsay Heller, The Nanny Doctor
- 1-Year sitter service membership: provided through Jovie
