Nannies

Our experienced, loving caregivers can be hired part-time or full-time by a private family to care for the family's children, either on a live-in or live-out basis. Nannies plan fun games, arts and crafts projects, and other activities which stimulate the child's learning, imagination, and development. The nanny's focus is on the children, including preparing their meals, laundry, and other duties relating specifically to care of the children. Their background is a combination of education, nanny and/or teaching experience, and continuing education hours. Nannies typically make $10-$20/hour + benefits.

"With Mom's Best Friend, I can leave my home and know that my little girl is as safe and protected as possible. I did not have the time to perform the very stringent reference, background checks, and investigation." --Sharon Y.

Training and experience are required, and the caregivers often have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree. The typical compensation for Nanny Managers is $12-$25+/hour + benefits.

They are able to facilitate field trips where the children will have one-on-one exposure to museums, art exhibits, science and math related excursions, and a variety of other applied learning experiences. Child Educators have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, teaching credential (and/or early childhood education specialty), and instructional experience.
