Process for Temporary
Services
Completing Agency Application
In order to
begin the process, please complete the Client Application located on our web
site.
After
receiving your online application, we will
call to confirm receipt of your information
and go over your applications and any questions you have.
To activate your membership, a $125 ($100 if renewing) membership fee ($25 of every membership fee goes to local charities) is due and entitles
you to participate
in all of our programs. Lastly,
we will
need a signed copy of the client agreement. We would be happy
to go over
any questions and/or concerns regarding the
agreement in our conversation.
Rates and Fees
Please see the MBF Agency Fee Schedule for
our most current pricing.
Compensation
Procedures
The provider should be compensated in full, by
check or preferably cash, according to the
current rates, before leaving the job assignment.
Failure to pay the candidate may result in
termination of membership to MBF. Our agency
fees will be billed directly to the credit
card of your choice, upon receipt of the candidate's
timecard for the job. Please be sure that the
hours listed on the timecard are accurate.
Placing a
Job Order
Once you have completed the application and contract, and paid the placement fee, you may simply call our agency and
provide
the date(s) and time(s) service is desired,
any special
instructions, and the best phone number
to reach you with confirmation. If you would
like to book a temporary nanny, and you are
a current member, you may submit your order
by filling
out the form on our site.
Although we do not require advance notice,
providing
the agency with at least 48-72 hours
advance
notice does allow us greater availability
in attempting to locate the best candidate
for you.
If you get our voice mail, please leave
a detailed message with the above information
so that we
can begin working on your job. We will
try
to return your call within two business
hours. You
should receive confirmation from your
candidate the same day that we confirm the
job with
you. If you do not hear from your candidate
that same
day, please call our agency the following
day to let us know.
Feedback
We
rely upon your feedback in order to place the
best canididates with your family and
to continue to provide a consistent and
quality service to
you. Please take time to complete the
agency and candidate evaluations left for you
by your
candidate at the close of the job assignment.
If you were
not provided with these forms, you may
complete
this information out on our website.
After-hours
Pager
Office hours are 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Monday through Friday. If you have a last-minute
need
(to take
place within the next 24 hours) and it
is after office hours, you may place a job
order
by calling
our emergency pager at 512.775.5437
(Austin), 281.782.1880 (Houston) or 214.852.1215
(Dallas) after 6:00 am or before 9:00 pm weekdays
and
between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm Saturdays and
Sundays. However,
you will be billed $25 in additional
to our standard rates and fees if a temporary
candidate
is located
for you.
