How Does it Work?
Our clients are provided with only the best quality caregivers and the highest level of service. Our recruiting process begins by casting a wide net across many mediums, including print, web, and sourcing candidates directly. Each caregiver then has to go through our intensive screening process, eliminating 90% of all applicants. This ensures that our clients do not have to spend any time sifting through applications or worrying about qualifications. - CPR and First Aid Training
- References checked and former employment verified
- Previous experience in the field
- Professional Development Class (Long-term Caregivers) or Temporary Nanny Orientation (Sitters)
- Extensive criminal background investigation (ongoing checks included for the term of employment) provided through CSIdentity
