MBF takes great measures to ensure the most thorough
screening process. For this reason, all candidates
must complete all of the below steps before they
receive our distinctive MBF SEAL status.
Phase 1:
- Extensive on-line application
- Screening Interview
- Verification of Social Security Number as
well as another form of legal identification
- CPR and First Aid Certification (Nannies
only)
- References checked and former employment
verified
- Previous experience in the field
- Training Class (Nannies only)
Phase 2:
- Extensive background investigation
- Motor vehicle records check (if driving while
on the job)
- Highest level of education verified
- Credit check (live-in only)
- Available per client’s request: psychological
evaluations, drug/health screening, and handwriting
analysis
