We only accept approximately 8 out of 100 candidates who inquire with our agency. Before receiving our selective MBF SEAL status, all nanny candidates must complete the following steps:

• Extensive on-line application
• Screening Interview
• Verification of Social Security Number as well as another form of legal identification
• CPR and First Aid Training
• References checked
• Previous experience in the field - minimum of three non-family/friend references and/or at least 3 years experience in the field for which they are seeking to apply
• Training Class and Assessment Test

• Extensive background investigation
• Motor vehicle records check
• Highest level of education verified
• Credit check
• Available per client's request: psychological evaluations, drug/health screening, and/or handwriting analysis
