I have been very happy with all of the caregivers that MBF has provided. I wanted to let you know that I was particularly pleased with Cecilia… She was prompt and cheerful, and she carefully followed a long list of instructions and requests that I left for her… What pleased me the most is that not only was Alexander cheerful when we came home, but he remained cheerful the rest of the evening. Often when we leave Alexander with a caregiver, he is quite fussy for the rest of the day… Thank you for sending her to us.

I just wanted to provide feedback on our experience with your service Saturday evening. We could not have been more pleased with our babysitter. She was calm and self-assured and gained my confidence immediately. My son was comfortable and took to her right away, leading her around by her hand to show her his playthings. The baby sitting service has been fantastic! Everyone with children commented it was the best childcare the company ever provided.

Isabel was amazing, flexible and our boys took an instant fascination with her. She roamed the hotel hallways with our 16 month old, picked up our two toddlers from the Kids Camp at the hotel and allowed us to stay later with our friends and family than we had dreamed of enjoying. All three of them were pajamas on and sound asleep when we arrived.

The nanny you sent to my home was absolutely wonderful. My sick child is still talking about her. She was sweet and kind, and did a wonderful job providing care to my little one so that my husband and I were able to return to work. I trusted her immediately and felt at ease leaving my ill child with her. Thanks for securing us such a sweet, competent nanny on very short notice.

I am so incredibly happy with Crystal, and can’t wait to use her again. It was very hard to leave my sick children, but Crystal made it so much easier, and was an excellent caregiver for my children.

We hired Karen to watch 3 very active toddlers- our daughter and our friend’s two boys- while we went out to dinner at the hotel. It was the first time our friend had ever hired a sitter for her boys, and I just wanted to tell you what an incredible experience it was. Karen was prompt, so friendly and courteous. We were all shocked to discover all 3 children clean, fed and sleeping soundly when we returned- I’m not sure we would have been able to accomplish that feat ourselves!
