Typical Housekeeper Duties

Our experienced and proactive housekeepers typically handle:

  • Daily maintenance
  • Deep cleaning
  • Laundry
  • Maintaining household inventory and supplies
  • Special projects and tasks uniquely needed in each home

Housekeeper can work as little as 2 full days or 20 hours/week through full-time. They are in high demand and are often hired quickly.

Pricing

  • Compensation typically starts at $30/hr for Dallas / Fort Worth housekeepers.
  • Search Fee: To begin the search, there is a fee of $300.
  • Placement Fee: When you hire, a referral fee of 20% of the candidate’s gross annual compensation will be due.

Total Annual Gross Compensation is based on 52 weeks in a year.

Housekeeper Screening

  7. Verification of Social Security Number as well as another form of legal identification

Search Process

  1. Consultation: Schedule a call to discuss your specific needs.
  2. Starting a Search: You will complete a short profile with your household details, and we will create a job description, collect the client agreement and search fee, and begin the search.
  3. Interviews: We will begin submitting (or recruiting) skilled, pre-screened candidates to interview. We recommend bringing one or two of the candidates back for “trial time” to observe them in action as part of a working interview.
  4. Hiring: After you have found your perfect match, we will draft an employment agreement to create your offer, detailing the specific duties, compensation, and terms of employment. The placement fee is due on or before their start date.
  5. Ongoing Support: We can be contacted for industry recommendations / standards, appropriate expectations, and any necessary coaching or issue resolution.
