Job Requirements
In order to qualify for any Dallas or Fort Worth housekeeper job, you must:
- Speak English
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Have a valid driver’s license, your own car, and current insurance
- Have at least 2-3 housekeeper references (at least 1 of them part/full-time in-home) and 3 years of experience
- Be eligible to work in the U.S. (and provide proof to Mom’s Best Friend)
- Have a clean criminal background (no misdemeanors or felonies)

Sometimes the positions will include additional specialized work such as meal preparation, grocery shopping, and more. Housekeeper Job Placement Process

- You will be ready to be sent to clients!
- Before placement, there is typically a one-week trial (sometimes scheduling can get creative) to be sure that you both feel good about the match.
- If you receive a Housekeeper job offer, we provide clients with a drafted employment agreement to spell out all of the details, such as duties, compensation, and PTO.
